The Announcement I Didn't Want To Make :(

This is the announcement I really hoped I wouldn’t have to make. But here goes.

After nearly 15 years on Broadway Market, 69b Boutique will cease trading at the end of February 2026. Costs have increased to a level that means the business is no longer viable. 

It’s been a ride! Since I bought the business in 2020 we’ve introduced ecommerce and menswear, had a beautiful refit, met hundreds of lovely people and dogs, hosted memorable events, raised thousands for local charities and supported LCF’s jewellery students. And somehow with the help of my incredible team we survived a flood, Brexit and an actual plague.

I'm so grateful to the lovely team who have been on this adventure with me: Sarah, Mara, Gwen, Harriet, Iole, Anna, Kathy, Minnie, Sam, Charlotte, Nana, Juliana, Noon and especially Matthew and Emily. 

We are proud to have been London’s first store dedicated to a better fashion industry, and to have had the opportunity to work with amazing brands who are still trying to make beautiful things from sustainable materials under fair working conditions.

Thank you so so much for your custom and your company over the years, it’s been such a pleasure sharing our love of sustainable fashion with you.

Absolutely everything in store and online will be at least 50% off until we close.

If you have a gift voucher or credit note it will be valid until 28^th February 2026. In store purchases made before 6^thJanuary can be returned or exchanged under the usual conditions of purchase.
