We hope you love your order, but if you do change your mind you can return your purchase to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund your postage. Please keep your proof of postage receipt.

Store Purchase Returns

All items sold in store from the Closing Down Sale, 6th January 2026, cannot be returned unless faulty. 

Items purchased in store before 6th January can be returned under the usual conditions of sale.
