Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
The card will be emailed to you once purchased, with a discount code that can be used for money off online purchases.
If you would like to use the card in store, please show us the gift card email to redeem the discount.

Delivery
We dispatch orders using Royal Mail First Class within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Shipping is free for orders over £50.
Click and Collect
You can collect your order from the store 7 days a week during opening hours. Most orders will be available to collect same day. More
Returns
We hope you love your order, but if you do change your mind you can return your purchase to us within 30 days for a refund. Please write your order number on the parcel when you return it. More
About 69b
69b Boutique was established in 2011 on East London's Broadway Market to bring together designers who were socially and environmentally responsible.
The first branded collection launched in September 2022, made from GOTS Certified organic cotton and printed locally by Birdsong in East London by skilled workers who are paid London Living Wage.
