Papu
Papu Stories was founded in 2012 in Finland with the aim of proving that your own decisions can change the world. The brand aims to make stylish yet fun and colourful clothing for both adults and children.
Trusted long-term partners are used within the supply chain to guarantee transparency. More than 50% of their suppliers are certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) which ensures the garment supply chain is completely transparent, from the cotton to the finished garment. They only use materials that guarantee transparency, including organic cotton, recycled organic cotton, linen, recycled polyester, lyocell and merino wool. Where possible post-consumer waste is used to create a circular economy including recycled organic cotton and recycled polyester.
Papu has started to fully trace their carbon production, and they aim to be carbon neutral by 2030.
Most of Papu's garments are made within the EU including the Czech Republic, The Baltics and Portugal ensuring strict labour laws are met.
